Vero Sade Opens Pair of San Antonio Communities

The properties are the firm’s first assets in the San Antonio metro.

Houston-based developer Vero Sade recently opened two projects in the San Antonio metro. Us 1604 and Us Cibolo and the first ground-up developments in the company’s portfolio

Monthly rents for one-bedroom apartments at the 444-unit, four-story community at 4710 N Loop 1604 E begin at $1,200.  Monthly rents at Us Cibolo, a 288-unit, three-story community on Cibolo Commons at FM 1103, start at $1,400. The property includes hospitality-driven programming and feature modern, high-design features, according to the developer.

Both properties offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with floorplans averaging less than 1,000 square feet. The apartments maximize natural light with oversized windows and shallower, more extended floor plans, allowing the light to penetrate deeper into units than conventional floor plans, according to the developer.

The units are designed with covered patios, which average over 150 square feet, and ground-level units that feature private yards. Residences include washers and dryers.

Texas portfolio

In addition to these properties, Vero Sade’s portfolio includes 3700M, a luxury high-rise in Dallas’ coveted West Village neighborhood, and Us Bayou Park, a 404-unit project along Houston’s in-demand Allen Parkway corridor.

Last year, Vero Sade debuted its first multifamily project with the opening of the Us Bayou Park property. The developer began a major renovation to modernize the four-story, 404-unit residential Houston community, then named City Vista, in the fourth quarter of 2021. Vero Sade handled construction in-house, while Preston Partnership and CASA Cos. were hired as interior designers.

Wood Partners recently broke ground on the 312-unit Alta Westover Hills, a multifamily development in San Antonio, with EIG EuroInvestor as its capital partner. The property is slated for completion in June 2025. Alta Westover Hills is on the west side of San Antonio at 10718 State Highway 151, within the master-planned 1,300-acre development of Westover Hills.
