SARES-REGIS Taps New SVP

Heather Wallace, SVP, SARES-REGIS Group

Irvine, Calif.— SARES-REGIS Group Multifamily Property Management recently announced the hiring of Heather Wallace as senior vice president. In her new position, she will focus on business development, strategic planning and marketing for the company’s western operations, which includes the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon and Washington.

Prior to joining SRG, Wallace served Alliance Residential Co. for almost 15 years, holding several key positions, including acquisition director for the West Coast, development partner and director of business development.

Her professional track record also includes stints with Lincoln Property Co., SCG/Archstone and Trammell Crow Residential Services. She is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, National Apartment Association, Urban Land Institute and the California Apartment Association. Wallace also serves on the board of directors of the Housing Industry Foundation.

“She (Wallace) has a thorough understanding of the multifamily industry and her business development and marketing skills will be a tremendous asset,” said Michael Bissell, president of SRG Multifamily Property Management, in a statement.
