ROSS Appoints New Associate VP of Operations

Tony Perichino will join the team overseeing third-party assignments and development initiatives in the metro D.C. and Baltimore markets.

ROSS Management Services is expanding its reach in areas beyond the Washington, D.C. metro, with new offices in Richmond, Newport News, Va., and Winston-Salem, N.C. Tony Perichino was hired by ROSS as Associate Vice President of Operations, to oversee third-party assignments in the metro D.C. and Baltimore markets, as well as to assist with development initiatives.

“He was an excellent regional property manager for us and brings a wealth of industry knowledge and enthusiasm to our business operations. Tony will play a crucial role in our portfolio growth and strategic business development as ROSS continues to expand and strengthen its presence within the Washington, D.C. area, Richmond and North and South Carolina,” said Dave Miskovich, CEO of ROSS Cos., in a prepared statement.

Tony Perichino has over 18 years of experience in the industry. In 1998 he joined Archstone as property manager, in 2005 he held the same position at Home Properties and in 2007 he worked at ROSS Management Services as a regional property manager. Before re-joining the company, he held an investment manager position at Pinnacle Family of Cos. for five years, while from 2014 to 2017 he was a director of residential management at The Tower Cos., where he oversaw $503 million of mixed-use real estate and was involved with new high-rise developments.

Tony Perichino is a member of the Property Management Association. He holds an RPA designation from the BOMI Institute, a CAM designation from the National Apartment Association, as well as a LEED Green Associate designation. He served as a board member of Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce from 2015 to 2016, on the Government Affairs and Economic Development committees.
