Pennrose has appointed Christine Lacy as vice president of operations. In her new role, she will oversee management assignments for properties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Lacy has more than 30 years of property and asset management experience. For the past 12 years, she served as director of Inglis Housing Corp., providing property management for communities designed for the physically disadvantaged. She also has experience in urban planning and development, working with a variety of property types, from market-rate to senior.

In 2013, the newly appointed vice president received the designation of Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management. In 2016, she was named Certified Property Manager of the Year by the Southern New Jersey Chapter of the organization and has served as its president since 2017.

The appointment comes a few months after Pennrose and Hunt Capital Partners secured $4.5 million in financing for the second phase of a 55-unit affordable housing development in Lanham, Md. The community is scheduled for delivery by the year’s end.
