Peak Campus has been chosen to manage University Edge and Dickinson Lofts, a student housing community currently being built in Greenville, N.C. The development broke ground early last year and pre-leasing efforts have started in anticipation of the property’s August 2018 completion.

Located at 631-A Dickinson Ave., the development sits a five minute walk west of East Carolina University’s campus. A wide variety of shopping, dining and nightlife options are within a quarter mile of the community. U.S. Route 13 runs approximately one mile to the west of the site, enabling access to Pitt-Greenville Airport.

The property will contain 413 beds across 144 one-, two- and four-bedroom units. Each bedroom features a private bathroom, and washers and dryers are included in each apartment. Community amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, a media center, Wi-Fi, an outdoor kitchen, a game room and a swimming pool with a sundeck.

Peak Campus has been expanding its footprint nationwide over the past year. In April, the firm, along with an investment partner, broke ground on two student apartment communities in Raleigh, N.C., and Syracuse, N.Y.
