Oden Hughes Adds Property Management Services

Austin, Texas—Austin-based Oden Hughes LLC has launched a new property management division headed by industry veteran Stephani Park.

Park joins Oden Hughes as a principal from Riverstone Residential Group where she served as a regional vice president since 2009. She has been in the multifamily property management business for more than 25 years, including 15 years in a leadership role.

The new division will provide a full-range of management services including due diligence, pre-acquisition services, on-site operations, lease ups, financial reporting and renovation management. In addition to Oden Hughes properties, the new team will offer management services to third-party Class A communities in major Texas markets.

The new division is the latest expansion into the Texas Class A multifamily market for Oden Hughes, which Oden and Craig Hughes founded in 2010.

Earlier this year, Oden Hughes Construction began offering its general contracting services to other third party developers in major Texas markets. The firm currently has three third-party projects underway and anticipates starting several other projects for select third party clients by the end of the year.
