The NRP Group has broken ground on Jackson Road, a 370-unit luxury apartment community in Carrollton, Texas. Construction on the four-story structure is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.

The Dallas-Fort Worth area community will include a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with the average unit size being about 1,000 square feet.

Jackson Road is located at 2255 N. Broadway St., near the intersection of I-35E and the President George Bush Turnpike. The site is within walking distance of the DART Green Line and upcoming Silver Line commuter rail service, which will provide access to DFW Airport.

The NRP Group’s activity in Dallas area

The NRP Group continues to add new developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, having developed more than 7,000 units across more than 30 properties in the region so far.

In April, the firm began construction on Meryl Street, a 340-unit mixed-income housing community in Anna, Texas, another Dallas submarket. For that development, The NRP Group partnered with the Anna Public Facility Corp. and will reserve 40 percent of its units for households earning 80 percent or less of the area median income. 10 percent of units will be reserved for those earning 60 percent of AMI.
