Metropolitan Naples Tops Off Luxury High-Rise

The project is taking shape within a larger mixed-use district in downtown Naples.

Metropolitan Naples has topped off construction of Avra at Metropolitan Naples, a 56-story condo development located in the Florida city of the same name. The project is expected to be fully complete in the fall of next year.

Once completed, the luxury high-rise will climb 15 floors and feature 56 high-end homes offering a selection of two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans. Residences will range from 1,890 to penthouses spanning more than 6,300 square feet in size. Pricing will at $2 million, with a top end of $7 million.

Avra at Metropolitan Naples is regarded as the future centerpiece of a mixed-use community featuring luxury residences, boutique shopping and fine restaurants in a pedestrian-friendly setting within downtown Naples.

Residences at Avra will feature large open floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces with built-in barbecue grills. The development will offer four-tiered parking garages, where each home will be provided two secured parking spaces.

In addition to a top-floor fitness center, amenities offered at Avra will include a rooftop pool deck. This vantage point will have views of the area’s landscape, which includes Naples Bay, the Gulf of Mexico and the Downtown Naples skyline. The fifth floor will be the site of additional amenities, including an elegant resident lounge, social and entertaining spaces, putting green, fire pit and hot tub. A business center and luxury guest suite for visiting family and friends will round out the amenities.

There’s no shortage of luxury development in Naples. In April, STOCK Development topped out The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Naples, a five-building, 128-unit condo project located on a 6-acre waterfront enclave.

Two months prior, Aprea began demolition site work on another four-building, 50-residence community taking shape in the Tin City District. The project will also include 75,000 square feet of retail space.
