New York—KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING announced that Jeffrey Cohen has joined its growing New York City regional office as district manager.
Cohen, an experienced management professional, will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the award-winning management and consulting firm. At KWPMC’s rapidly expanding New York regional office, Cohen will oversee the company’s 1,500 residential units spread across 12 buildings with a growing pipeline of five new development projects throughout the tri-state area.
Prior to joining KWPMC, Cohen was general manager at a prominent property management company where he managed several luxury properties in Manhattan including New York by Gehry, 20 Pine The Collection, The Plaza Private Residences and The Downtown Condominium at 15 Broad Street.
KWPMC is a full-service property management company with offices in New York, Florida and the Bahamas. The company manages over 50,000 residential units nationally and oversees more than 750 employees.
