Condo projects underway
Integra Investments is currently building another condominium project in South Florida. The company, in a joint venture partnership with Related Group, started construction on St. Regis Residences, a 50-story luxury condo tower in Miami’s South Brickell neighborhood, in November last year.
Meanwhile, OceanLand Investments landed $96 million in construction financing for the development of Sixth & Rio, a condominium project in Fort Lauderdale. The company already started site work for the waterfront high-rise project, scheduled to reach completion in 2026.
