Related Group, Integra Break Ground on Miami Tower
Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the project will feature more than 150 luxury condominiums.
Related Group and Integra Investments have celebrated the groundbreaking of St. Regis Residences, Miami, a 50-story luxury condominium tower in Miami’s South Brickell neighborhood. The development is scheduled to come online in 2027.
Coastal Construction is the project’s general contractor. The development team also includes Robert A.M. Stern Architects, Rockwell Group as interior designer and Enzo Enea Group as landscape architect.
The condominium building on the Biscayne Bay waterfront already has more than 65 percent of its residences under contract. Sales and marketing efforts are exclusively being handled by Related Realty. Prices start from $4.5 million, with penthouses going up to $24.5 million. In September, the joint venture partners secured $527 million in construction financing for the project.

Located at 1809 Brickell Ave., the tower will feature 152 residences across 48 floors, ranging from 2,616 square feet to 7,391 square feet. There will be two- to four-bedroom floorplans, with each residence including a private elevator and entry foyers, custom European stone flooring, a powder room, a laundry room, terraces, living rooms and smart home technology.
Kitchens will feature Italian cabinetry, natural stone countertops, fully integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, while bedrooms will include oversized walk-in closets, a midnight bar and bathrooms with natural stone showers and freestanding bathtubs.
A wellness-focused amenity package
The top two floors will feature a collection of penthouses and sky villas. The amenity package at St. Regis Residences, Miami will include a sky bar and lounge, two swimming pools with pool decks and bars, a fitness center with yoga and Pilates studio, as well as a salt spa with saunas and steam rooms, among other features. Additionally, the property’s residents will have access to two garden villas and multiple services, including on-site dining, a beach club and signature butler assistance.
Another new condominium development is about to break ground in Miami: Shell Bay, a 150-acre waterfront project that will include a residential tower, a hotel and the region’s first private golf club in decades. Construction on the project is expected to begin this year. The developer, a joint venture between Witkoff Group and PPG Development, received $273 million in construction financing earlier this month. The Residences at Shell Bay, the development’s condominium component, is already half sold.
