Fogelman Properties Hires New Acquisitions VP

Mike Aiken brings more than 12 years of experience to the firm. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s multifamily acquisitions.

Fogelman Properties has appointed Mike Aiken as the firm’s new vice president of acquisitions. He will be responsible for overseeing Fogelman’s multifamily acquisition activities. Aiken brings upwards of 12 years of real estate experience to the company.

Prior to joining Fogelman, Aiken worked for Bell Partners for nearly six years, most recently as the firm’s director of investments. Previously, he served for approximately one year as an associate with Eastdil Secured. Between 2006 and 2009, Aiken held a variety of roles with Cousins Properties in Atlanta. He began his career in the real estate sector in 2005 with TriMont Real Estate Advisors, also in Atlanta. Aiken holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Georgia State University, and, in 2011, he received his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
