A Charlotte, NC-based developer has just broken ground on what is believed to be the first transit-oriented project along Atlanta’s newest streetcar line. Located on 1.2 acres near the new Sweet Auburn Curb Market streetcar station, across the street from Georgia State University and the Grady/Children’s Hospital Medical Complex, 200 Edgewood will include 144 student housing units along with 12,000 square feet of commercial space.
