Cristi Resciniti Promoted to CFO at Pennrose Management Co.

Philadelphia–Cristi Resciniti, CPA, has been promoted to chief financial officer at Pennrose Management Company. The announcement comes after joining Pennrose as controller a year ago. In her new role, Resciniti will provide strategic and tactical leadership to all members of the financial team, while steering the vision for the company’s financial growth.

Resciniti joined Pennrose in 2013, having had more than 20 years of experience in financial reporting and leadership. Prior to Pennrose, she spent 14 years in public accounting with Asher & Company LLC and BDO USA, two CPA firms servicing a leading development and management company in the United States with emphasis on HUD, PHFA and NJHMFA financed properties.

Resciniti holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, from Temple University. She is a certified public accountant in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
