Younger Partners Names New Investment Broker
Lew Wood has more than 38 years in commercial real estate and previously worked at Henry S. Miller, Cushman & Wakefield and Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage.
Younger Partners announced that Lew Wood has joined the company as an investment broker. In this role, he will handle investment sales with a focus on multifamily and office.
With more than 38 years of commercial real estate experience, Wood was involved in the sale of more than 30,000 units, 3 million square feet of office space and redeveloped more than 1.5 million square feet of industrial warehouses into loft projects. Most recently, he worked as a broker at Henry S. Miller, leading the strategic advisory group, providing advisory services to the investment real estate community. Prior to that, he served as director of acquisitions at TVO North America, buying 3,500 units over a four year period. He also worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage.
