Yardi Europe Confirms INREV Membership

Amsterdam—Yardi Systems Inc., a developer of software solutions for the real estate investment, asset and property management industry announced its membership in INREV, the Netherlands-based organisation for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles.

Yardi’s long term commitment to the real estate industry is in part demonstrated by its continued support of industry associations. News of the INREV membership follows closely behind the company’s membership in EPRA, the European Public Real Estate Association. Yardi became an EPRA member at the end of 2012.

Not just important from a European standpoint, Yardi takes a global view, sharing experiences with real estate companies worldwide. This effort has seen a number of renowned U.S. clients working with Yardi to develop solutions that facilitate data standards requirements, culminating in the support of GIPS standards within the Yardi Voyager™ software platform.

Yardi will look to work closely with INREV, believing that transparency will continue to be a major factor within the sector now and in the future. The importance of execution continues to increase with a developing combination of industry standards and the need for performance measurement and benchmarking.
