Yardi’s commitment makes the technology firm a member of ORCA’s Founders Club and adds to the working capital necessary for the project to launch.
The data collaboration project will deliver specialized information about the seniors housing market in Ontario such as demographics, vacancy rates, and gaps in resident services so that retirement community developers and investors can better identify opportunities to provide housing and services.
