Wood Partners Ready to Lease Out Fifth Phoenix Community
One of Wood Partners’ latest residential communities is now ready for move-ins.

Phoenix–Alta Paradise Ridge, a recently completed rental community in the Valley of the Sun, is now ready to welcome its first residents. Developed by Wood Partners and managed by Wood Residential Services, the upscale apartment building expands the company’s reach in metro Phoenix.
Alta Paradise Ridge
Located at 18000 N. 68th St. between Phoenix and Scottsdale, Alta Paradise Ridge features 278 luxury apartments. The four-story building occupies a 5.85-acre site in an area that offers great proximity to retail favorites such as Whole Foods, Harkins, as well as a wide array of dining and entertainment options. Other important venues in the area are The Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale Quarter and Desert Ridge, while the nearby freeway eases access to metro Phoenix.
The unit mix consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with an average size of 921 square feet, Yardi Matrix data shows. Alta Paradise Ridge is the fifth community developed by Wood Partners in the MSA, joining Alta Fillmore, Alta Phoenix Lofts, Pietra and Alta Scottsdale.
Residents are granted access to an amenity package that consists of a 24-hour gym with personal trainer, yoga and spin rooms, as well as a resort-style pool, clubhouse and a rooftop terrace. In-unit finishes include quartz kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances and wood-style flooring, while USB outlets, gigabit internet speeds and Bluetooth speakers are also part of the package.
