WNC Hires Steve Huang as Chief Information Officer

WNC, a national investor in community renewal and affordable housing projects, has hired real estate technology veteran Steve Huang as its chief information officer.

Irvine, Calif.—WNC, a national investor in community renewal and affordable housing projects, has hired real estate technology veteran Steve Huang as its chief information officer. In this position, he will oversee a firm-wide expansion and modernization of WNC’s investor reporting, corporate communications and disaster recovery infrastructure.

Prior to joining WNC, Huang served as IT Director for Grubb & Ellis Company, where he oversaw information technology (IT) support and infrastructure needs for the firm’s 5,000 employees located in 60 offices nationwide. He also designed and implemented the company’s IT merger and disposition strategies for its various affiliates and subsidiaries while strengthening its security and disaster recovery systems. Previously, he held senior level management positions within the IT departments of AT&T and IBM.
