Whisnand to Head Henry S. Miller Management

Dallas--Brian Whisnand has been promoted to president of the Henry S. Miller Realty Management division.

Dallas–Brian Whisnand has been promoted to president of the Henry S. Miller Realty Management division. Whisnand will be responsible for overseeing all property management functions, including day-to-day supervision of a multifamily portfolio consisting of 5,000 apartments, as well as steering the division’s growth.

Whisnand has 30 years of experience in property management with 23 of those years at the senior management level. Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, he served as chief operating officer for Houston’s CNC Investments with direct management responsibility for 162 properties and more than 42,000 units in six states. In 1978, he was vice president at JMB Realty where he was responsible for southwest property management operations. He joined Equity Residential in 1999 and supervised more than 12,000 units in the southwest markets and eventually assumed responsibility for all markets through the Midwest.
