Westmount Welcomes New Director
Kevin Michels has 14 years of experience in commercial real estate with a primary focus on asset analysis and evaluation. In his new position, he will provide analysis of Westmount’s multifamily portfolio.

Westmount Realty Capital has appointed Kevin Michels as director of investment analysis. He will provide analysis of the company’s multifamily portfolio and assist the strategic evaluation of future commercial and multifamily opportunities.
Most recently, Michels served as vice president of realty services at C-III Capital Partners LLC, facilitating the disposition of 54 assets totaling approximately 7 million square feet of commercial real estate space. Additionally, he served as vice president of investment management for the company and was in charge of managing a portfolio of more than 50 properties in excess of $1 billion in total asset value. With 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, Michels also worked as senior associate at Cambridge Healthcare Properties Inc., where he managed a portfolio of 14 properties.

Michels is an active member of Texas Exes and a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas. He received a bachelor’s degree in business economics from The University of Texas and a master’s degree in land and real estate development and finance from Texas A&M University.
Last month, Westmount Realty Capital named Jim Fant as executive managing director of acquisitions.
