Western National Completes Luxury Community in Orange County
The owner broke ground in 2023.
Western National Property Management has completed Link OC Apartments, a 406-unit luxury community in Anaheim, Calif. The company will also manage the property.
Link OC Apartments comprises two five-story buildings with studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. On-site amenities include two swimming pools and spas, two fitness centers, two clubhouses, two rooftop decks with barbecue grills, a business center with coworking space and EV charging stations. Additionally, Link OC features a multi-level parking structure for residents.
The 15.5-acre community is at 1075 N. Link. The property is across the road from Anaheim Canyon Metrolink, several eateries, a Starbucks and the Pacific Center shopping mall. Keiser Permanente Orange County Medical Center, as well as the Riverside Freeway are 0.5 miles away. Downtown Anaheim is some 5.5 miles west of the community.
Less than 10 miles from Link OC, MBK and Haseko Corp. recently completed Zia Apartments. Greystar manages the 315-unit community, located near Disneyland. JP Morgan Chase provided a $82.9 million construction loan in 2022.
