Wayne Homes Announces New Construction Manager

Uniontown, Ohio—Custom home builder Wayne Homes recently announced the appointment of Mark Spangenburg as construction manager for the company’s Belmont, Ohio office. The team addition comes to accommodate Wayne Homes’ growth in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

In his new position, Spangenburg will work closely with the sales team and trade partners in order to enhance client experience throughout the home building process. His track record includes two and a half decades of management experience, more than half of which have been in the home improvement industry. Spangenburg holds a degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology from Penn State University.
