Walker & Dunlop, GeoPhy Name Apprise COO
Nicole Urquhart-Bradley brings more than 30 years of commercial appraisal experience to her new role.
Walker & Dunlop and GeoPhy have named Nicole Urquhart-Bradley as COO & managing director of Apprise, its multifamily appraisal joint venture. Based in the firm’s headquarters in Bethesda, Md., Urquhart-Bradley will work together with Valuation Lead Meghan Czechowski in managing all aspects of appraisal activity. This appointment comes shortly after Walker & Dunlop promoted an industry veteran to the role of executive vice president of HUD multifamily and health-care lending.
Urquhart-Bradley has more than 30 years of commercial appraisal experience. She joined Apprise from Bowery Valuation, where she was senior vice president of strategy. Prior to Bowery, Urquhart-Bradley spent 15 years with Cushman & Wakefield, where she most recently served as president of the firm’s Valuation & Advisory group for the Americas. In this capacity, she managed more than 600 employees across 65 offices, a team which valued more than $1 trillion in commercial real estate assets in 2017. Urquhart-Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from University of Pittsburgh.
