Walker & Dunlop Announces VP of FHA Finance Division

Bethesda, Md.—Walker & Dunlop, LLC, announced that they have hired Rob Rotach as vice president & deputy chief underwriter of the FHA Finance department.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Rotach was an assistant vice president & senior FHA underwriter at Wells Fargo Bank where he was responsible for managing the underwriting and due diligence process for FHA/HUD insured multifamily loans. Rotach is a contributing member on HUD’s LIHTC processing improvement pilot program. He has evaluated and underwritten over $475 million of multifamily loans throughout the United States throughout his career.
