US Mortgage Corporation Appoints Executive Director of Business Development

US Mortgage Corporation, a national mortgage banking company specializing in residential mortgages, announced the appointment of Perry Silverman as executive director of business development.

Melville, N.Y.–US Mortgage Corporation, a national mortgage banking company specializing in residential mortgages, announced the appointment of Perry Silverman as executive director of business development.

Silverman will be responsible for running the company’s US Mortgage Partners division, and continually expanding US Mortgage Corporation’s business throughout the country.

US Mortgage Corporation, which is currently licensed in 21 states, expects to be licensed in 40 states by the end of 2012, and all 50 states within the next three years. It is continuing to expand rapidly, adding over 50 new loan officers and five new offices nationwide in the past year.

Furthermore, the company recently announced plans to increase its share of the market for Reverse Mortgages, a government insured loan that allows seniors 62 and older to access the existing equity in their home.

Previously, Silverman was president of Mortgages In-Deed Northeast, Inc., based in Westbury, N.Y.  He founded the company in 1991, growing it into one of the largest Mortgage Brokerage companies on Long Island.
