Updater Adds Experienced VP of Sales to Multifamily Team
In his new position, Jonathan Wyant will be in charge of delivering Updater solutions to leading property management players.
New York—Relocation software provider Updater just announced that Jonathan Wyant has joined the Manhattan-based team as vice president of multifamily sales.
In his new position, the industry veteran will be in charge of delivering Updater solutions to leading property management players. In addition, Wyant will be in charge of expanding the company’s reach by securing Updater integration with essential property management software tools.
Wyant brings over 17 years of experience to the table, having worked for important multifamily tech companies including Entrata, Rainmaker Group, AMSI, and RealPage. Before joining Updater, he served as VP of sales at Entrata, where he implemented client acquisition programs in addition to leading the sales team. Previously, while working for RealPage, he earned the title of Top Revenue Producer two years in a row.
“Jon brings an impeccable reputation for building and motivating high-performance sales teams,” said Ash Bell, Updater’s executive director of multifamily, in a prepared statement. “He will provide expert oversight of our multifamily sales strategy and execution, as well as our vision for growth as we continue to expand our Multifamily team.”
New York-based relocation software developer Updater was founded in 2010 and is backed by investors such as SoftBank Capital, IA Ventures, Commerce Ventures and Second Century Ventures. Last year, Updater won a Bronze Stevie Award in the Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year category, as well as the 2015 NMHC Launch Pad competition.
