United Group Welcomes Chief Operating Officer

Troy, N.Y.—As United Group of Companies continues to grow and evolve, the company welcomes Jeff Arnold as chief operating officer (COO) of United Realty Management Corp., AMO®. Arnold will have direct responsibility and oversight of the Management and Marketing divisions of United Group.

Arnold comes to United Group after leaving his position as senior vice president of Operations at Innovative Student Housing and brings over 20 years of experience in the field of property management. Arnold was a co-founder of Innovative and was instrumental in growing the organization from its infancy to what it is today. Through managing multiple properties and portfolios across the country, and having worked in all levels of a property management team, Arnold has extensive first-hand knowledge in all aspects of property management while specializing in property operations.

Prior to joining Innovative, Arnold led consulting and acquisitions teams, and played a key role in the growth of Asset Campus Housing’s portfolio from three assets to more than 30 during his tenure.

Arnold is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and holds a BA in Business Management, is a licensed Real Estate Sales person, and is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) through IREM.
