Tresa Harting Joins the Greystar Student Living Team
Greystar, the nation’s largest apartment operator, announced the hiring of Tresa Harting as director of real estate for Greystar Student Living.
Dallas—Greystar, the nation’s largest apartment operator, announced the hiring of Tresa Harting as director of real estate for Greystar Student Living. In her new role, Harting will be responsible for overseeing Greystar’s student living operations and strategy for 13 markets throughout the United States.
Harting most recently worked with Peak Campus Management as regional vice president where she oversaw a large student living portfolio of 12,000 beds in the west. Prior to joining Peak Campus Management, Harting served as regional vice president for GMH Communities Trust, a then-publically traded student housing REIT and as divisional vice president with JPI. Her extensive background includes new business development and successfully marketing and leasing start-ups, transitions and other complex management assignments.
