Trammell Crow Residential Announces the Appointment of Leonard Wood Jr.

Atlanta—Trammell Crow Residential announced that Leonard Wood Jr. has joined as a senior managing director. He will be based in Atlanta and will be responsible for TCR’s development activities in the Southeast. Previously he was with Wood Partners most recently serving as Director of their Mid-Atlantic Region. Wood joined Wood Partners after obtaining an MBA degree with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Prior to that he worked at Dallas based Crow Holdings where his responsibilities induced asset management, acquisitions and due diligence for hotel, multifamily retail and office properties. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina.
