Trammell Crow Promotes VP in Chicago/Midwest
David Paino will be responsible for procurement and management of the design team, consultants and contractor teams from preliminary design to project completion.
Chicago—Trammell Crow Company announced that David Paino has been promoted to vice president of development management within the firm’s Midwest Business Unit. In this role, he is responsible for procurement and management of the design team, consultants and contractor teams from preliminary design to project completion.
Since joining TCC in 2013, Paino has entitled and developed more than 1.5 million square feet of multifamily and industrial projects with a value in excess of $250 million. Recent completed projects include: Arcata, 165 apartments in Golden Valley, IL; Midtown Square, 138 apartments in Glenview, IL; Park 205, 115 apartments in Park Ridge, IL.
Paino holds a B.S. in Construction Systems Management from The Ohio State University and is a LEED accredited professional.
