Trammell Crow Company Announces Three Promotions
Trammell Crow Company, a national developer and investor in commercial real estate, has announced the promotion of Joel Behrens of Dallas/Fort Worth, Will Parker of Northern California and Brandon Houston of Houston to principals of the firm in their respective city’s business units.
Dallas—Trammell Crow Company, a national developer and investor in commercial real estate, has announced the promotion of Joel Behrens of Dallas/Fort Worth, Will Parker of Northern California and Brandon Houston of Houston to principals of the firm in their respective city’s business units.
Behrens joined the company in 2008, and served as senior vice president. In his new role, Behrens will be working under the High Street Residential Brand continuing the oversight of residential development. Additionally, he will be responsible for the origination, financing, joint-ventures and execution of multifamily housing investments throughout Texas. In his time with TCC, Behrens executed the development of 2.8 million square feet.
Parker joined TCC in 2006, and in his new role in the company he will be responsible for the management of new developments and acquisitions with a focus on healthcare, industrial and office projects throughout Northern California. Previously, Parker assisted in securing a number of leases, structure capital, and has managed projects totaling 3 million square feet.
Houston joined the company in 2012 has assisted in the securing of leases, development of capital and helped to manage more than 2.5 million square feet of Class A speculative office space. Specializing in market and financial analyses, project underwriting, lease negotiation and design team oversight, he will be responsible for sourcing and executing new office development and investment opportunities throughout the Houston area.
