Three Investment Sales Professionals Join NorthMarq in Philadelphia

Minneapolis–NorthMarq recently hired Joe Verdejo and Jim Sheehan as senior vice presidents, with Valerie Falco serving as the team’s client coordinator. They will focus on representing sellers and buyers of multifamily properties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

Verdejo began his real estate brokerage career in 1985 with the Jackson-Cross Company, which became Insignia/ESG and then was acquired by CB Richard Ellis.

Sheehan has many years of experience in the real estate industry as well, most recently serving as a senior director for Cushman & Wakefield’s capital markets group.
