Boston—The Spot Experience, which provides dog service amenities to Millennium buildings located on the Upper West Side in NYC, will be expanding North to the Millennium Place, a 15-story luxury residential property located on the corner of Avery and Washington Streets in Boston.

The dog amenity program provides residents with a complimentary Spot membership along with exclusive discounted services and priority access to the highest level of daycare, cage-free overnights, dog walking, transportation, grooming and training services.

“The Spot Experience’s dog amenity program is a brilliant addition to the top-tier concierge services we offer residents throughout our luxury pet-friendly buildings,” Michael Gackstetter, Millennium Partners’ general manager, says. “We are excited to continue working with Spot to provide quality pet services to offer our residents trusted care for their dogs.”

Millennium Place consists of 256 residences including 14 penthouses and eight residences with private garden terraces.

The Spot Experience was the brainchild of Mitch Marrow, a former professional NFL player who left a successful career on Wall Street to start the premier dog daycare and service provider.

“Spot is thrilled to offer the ultimate amenity for the dog owning tenant in a second Millennium Place luxury residential building,” Marrow says. “We offer the highest caliber of care, providing white glove service and a trained staff of veterinary technicians and animal behaviorists, giving residents comfort knowing all dog walkers and pet sitters entering the building are experts with the required certifications.”

Spot offers the highest level of care by veterinary technicians and behavior consultants with more than 50 hours of training in Spot’s proprietary Human Alpha Instinct Method. Services include daycare, overnights, long-term country boarding, grooming, training, transportation, and retail.

Aside from offering valuable amenities to the real estate community, Spot has also partnered with United Airlines to be the exclusive on-site provider of care for all animals traveling through two of their largest hubs, Chicago O’Hare and Newark International.
