The Solomon Organization Promotes Andrew Rosen to Managing Director

The Solomon Organization recently announced its promotion of Andrew Rosen to managing director in response to his invaluable contributions to the multifamily operator’s portfolio of more than 10,000 units in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

Andrew Rosen thumbnailSummit, N.J.—The Solomon Organization recently announced its promotion of Andrew Rosen to managing director in response to his invaluable contributions to the multifamily operator’s portfolio of more than 10,000 units in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

Since joining Solomon Organization in 2010, Andrew Rosen has been supporting Solomon’s acquisition program, which included purchases of more than 3,500 apartments in those four states. In addition to other acquisition-related responsibilities, he will continue to act as the asset manager for almost 2,000 units for the Ithaca portfolio and communities in Meriden, West Hartfordt and Hamden, Conn.

Rosen was recently instrumental in assembling and managing a task force of representatives from the Solomon Organization’s accounting, management, marketing and construction departments, which ultimately transitioned it from its existing management software to a state-of-the-art operating system.

Prior to working at The Solomon Organization, Rosen developed his finance background as a mortgage broker at a boutique firm in New York City, joining Solomon to take on more diverse responsibilities that included acquisitions, financing and marketing.  He is a graduate of University of Maryland and lives in Montclair with his wife, Rachel.
