The Marketing Directors Expands NYC Office with New Hire
Dailey Wiese, a real estate professional with hands-on experience in the architecture and design industries, has joined The Marketing Directors as a marketing coordinator.
New York–Dailey Wiese, a real estate professional with hands-on experience in the architecture and design industries, has joined The Marketing Directors as a marketing coordinator. The announcement was made by Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors, the leading, national development advisory and master property marketing and sales force that works exclusively on behalf of owners and builders.
In her role as marketing coordinator, Wiese will work alongside developers, architects, interior designers, and advertising agencies to help keep development projects on pace and on target for opening the on- site office. She will also work with the sales and leasing teams to devise strategies designed to boost traffic to properties. Additionally Wiese will assist in ensuring the success of all marketing campaigns for multiple luxury condominiums and rental developments.
Wiese holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Southern California. She also received a master’s degree in real estate from London’s Cass Business School and a master’s degree in historical and sustainable architecture from New York University.
