The LeFrak Organization Welcomes New Regional Leasing Director
The LeFrak Organization, one of the largest private real estate holders in the world, announced today that Brian Decillis has joined the company as Newport’s regional leasing director.
Jersey City, N.J.—The LeFrak Organization, one of the largest private real estate holders in the world, announced today that Brian Decillis has joined the company as Newport’s regional leasing director. In his role, Decillis will oversee leasing responsibilities for the Organization’s 5 million square-foot office portfolio in Newport, N.J., a master-planned, mixed-use community fronting the Hudson River in Jersey City.
Reporting into Berk, Decillis’ immediate focus will be leasing and marketing several office, data center and co-location spaces at 111 Town Square Place in Newport. The spaces range in size from 1,000 rentable square feet to 40,000 rentable square feet. 111 Town Square Place is a 15-story, 500,000-square-foot Class A building, supporting both office space and mission-critical IT infrastructure for top tier financial institutions, high-tech companies, and professional service firms.
Decillis comes to the LeFrak Organization from Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, where he served as senior director of leasing. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and studied Applied Economics & Business Management.
