The Fifield Cos’ Mark Lecocq Joins CRG
In his new position as senior vice president, Lecocq will lead capital market efforts for mixed-use and multifamily projects across Chicago.
CRG, Clayco’s real estate arm, has hired former Fifield Cos.’ Executive Vice President Mark Lecocq as senior vice president of finance. Lecocq will be in charge of leading capital market efforts for mixed-use and multifamily projects in the greater Chicago area. CRG has been expanding its portfolio in the Windy City, the company’s most recent multifamily projects including the A.M. 1980 Residences in Bucktown and Upshore Chapter in Uptown.
During his nine years with Fifield Cos., Lecocq oversaw financing, development and acquisition operations. The company’s portfolio included, during his tenure, more than 4,500 units in the Chicago, Austin, Dallas, Los Angeles and Miami markets, valued at approximately $2 billion.
Lecocq also spent almost five years as vice president with Connaught Real Estate Finance and as credit analyst with Geneva Capital Group. He is a graduate of Wheaton College.
