The Dolben Company Inc. Promotes Scott Hamlin to Regional Property Manager

The Dolben Company Inc., a full-service Boston-based real estate company, announced that Scott M. Hamlin has been promoted to the role of regional property manager.

Woburn, Md.—The Dolben Company Inc., a full-service Boston-based real estate company, announced that Scott M. Hamlin has been promoted to the role of regional property manager. Hamlin will be managing a portfolio of properties in the Mid-Atlantic, and will be working out of the company’s regional office in Odenton, Maryland.

Hamlin joined Dolben in May 2013 as property manager at one of Dolben’s newest communities, Marketplace at Fells Point. Prior to joining the company, Hamlin was a marketing and training consultant at PHRG, and a property manager at Harbor Group Management Company. Previously, Hamlin worked for Bozzuto Management as a property manager, where he managed four properties during his tenure; he also held the role of Corporate Yardi Trainer. While at Bozzuto, Hamlin earned the Rising Star Award and was also named Rookie Manager of the Year.

Hamlin earned his Bachelor of Science in Residential Property Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, and holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association.
