The Bozzuto Group Names New Director of Learning & Development
The Bozzuto Group, a Washington, D.C.-based real estate services organization, today announced that Steven Fretwell has joined the company as director of learning and development.
Greenbelt, Md.—The Bozzuto Group, a Washington, D.C.-based real estate services organization, today announced that Steven Fretwell has joined the company as director of learning and development. Fretwell will be responsible for creating innovative training strategies and professional development programs for all six Bozzuto companies.
Fretwell spent more than twenty years at Marriott International, most recently as senior director, global design and development, where he designed and produced customized training to support all Marriott brands. He has extensive experience creating and managing curriculum designed to support company business objectives, a skill which will be a heavily utilized in his new position at Bozzuto.
Fretwell holds a B.S. in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee and has received a number of professional certifications during his career. He is a member of Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and American Society Training and Development (ASTD).
