Terra Holdings Names Chief Marketing Officer
Matthew Leone will oversee the Terra Marketing Division, its operations and direction.
New York—Terra Holdings, the parent company of Halstead Property and Brown Harris Stevens, announced that Matthew J. Leone has been promoted to chief marketing officer. In his newly enhanced role, Leone will oversee the Terra Marketing Division, its operations and direction. In addition, he will continue to handle the media buying, vendor relations as well as digital/social content.
As a result of his savvy social media and digital marketing expertise, Leone is an elected member of the prestigious Technology Advisory Committee for the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and continues to contribute on present and past Inman News Advisory Councils. He regularly appears in speaking engagements for Inman, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio. In addition, Leone was selected by the Real Estate Board of New York to be their Digital Marketing and Social Media teacher for Continuing Education.
Prior to joining Terra Holdings, Leone worked at the sports marketing firm, NSM. While at NSM, he gained experience in the various facets of the marketing mix by working directly with the events and marketing promotions for the Big East Conference basketball account as well as creating marketing proposals for the PGA tour event sponsors. Leone was recently awarded the Halstead Distinction Award for 2013 given to a select top executive each year.
