TCR Hires Florida Development Director

Atlanta—Trammell Crow Residential has hired Jim Berardinelli as its development director in Florida. Berardinelli joined Trammell Crow Residential in 2016 as development partner covering the firm’s Florida markets. He brings with him 15 years of experience in the apartment industry, having held leadership positions in national and regional development organizations including JPI, Archstone and Crescent Communities. Berardinelli has developed more than 4,000 units valued at $500 million. He has developed properties across the southeast from Florida to North Carolina, and the Mid-Atlantic, including Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Berardinelli holds a B.S. in Geography from the University of West Georgia with a concentration in Urban Planning, where he graduated cum laude. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council.
