Sunrise Management, a company that specializes in managing multifamily properties, has expanded its small property division by promoting Peyton Hoban to director and naming Eric Paulin as the department’s regional manager.

Hoban used to serve as regional real estate manager, but now she coordinates Sunrise’s small properties division team, including Paulin. The company’s small property portfolio comprises 81 single-family and multifamily properties, totaling 688 units spread across southern California. Hoban will also be in charge of adding new communities with fewer than 22 units to the company’s management portfolio. Prior to joining Sunrise, Hoban worked for Capital Growth Properties.

Paulin has a 20-year experience in the multifamily/residential industry, having worked for The Prescott Cos., SD City Homes and Pasha Corporate Housing. Before joining Sunrise, Paulin was a portfolio property manager for Cal-Prop, managing the daily expenses of 200 units.

“With expertise in all phases of multifamily property management, from acquisition and lease-up to disposition and marketing, Peyton is well equipped to take on the responsibilities and challenges of her new position. Eric is also a top performing property manager with many years of experience and is well equipped to assist her,” Sunrise Management CEO Joe Greenblatt said in prepared remarks.
