Sunrise Management Adds New Regional VP in San Diego
In his new role, Daniel Demitro will oversee all property management functions for the company's Southern California portfolio.

San Diego—Sunrise Management has expanded its San Diego team by appointing Daniel Demitro to the position of regional vice president. In his new role, Demitro will focus on the firm’s Southern California property management operations.
Demitro’s professional track record includes more than 12 years of collaboration with Irvine Company Apartment Communities. Prior to joining Sunrise, he also worked as senior regional manager for Alliance Residential and later as regional manager for Carmel Partners.
“As we continue our rapid California expansion, Dan will play a pivotal role in directing and overseeing operations, assuming an important role in our strategy for continued growth,” said Joe Greenblatt, president & CEO of Sunrise Management, in prepared remarks.
Demitro holds a Bachelor Degree from Humboldt State University and a certificate from the University of Southern California’s executive management program.
