Rose Names Two New Directors
Rose Associates, a New York-based full-service real estate firm, has announced the promotion of two individuals, George Olmo to director of construction and Chris Gibaldi to director of development. Each will lead their respective department in construction and development.
New York–Rose Associates, a New York-based full-service real estate firm, has announced the promotion of two individuals, George Olmo to director of construction and Chris Gibaldi to director of development. Each will lead their respective department in construction and development.
Olmo, a prior senior project manager, has served in Rose’s construction since 2005 and will continue to do so in his new role within the company’s construction management activities. As a senior project manager, his most notable projects include oversight of construction on the development of Chelsea Landmark at 55 West 25th St and the management of extensive renovation of The Sheffield at 322 West 57th St.
Gibaldi, as director of development, will lead his division through the various steps of the development process which includes pre-development, acquisitions and planning, and through construction and successful property lease up. In his recognized projects, Gibaldi assisted in the early completion of The Larstrand on Manhattan’s Upper West Side and aided in the rapid lease-up of The Maximilian.
