Rose Associates Promotes Two Veteran Officers
Rose Associates, a New York-based real estate firm, has announced the promotion of two of their managing directors, Mitchel S. Gelberg and Mark Motley, to senior managing director positions.

New York–Rose Associates, a New York-based real estate firm, has announced the promotion of two of their managing directors, Mitchell S. Gelberg and Mark Motley, to senior managing director positions.
Together, with 30 years of combined experience, each will lead specialized management portfolios within the firm’s expanding property management division. Rose’s growing portfolio currently holds approximately 26,000 apartments, which are compiled of approximately 125 cooperative, condominium and rental properties.
Mark Motley
Gelberg, who has been named senior managing director, multifamily portfolio, will supervise operations of Rose’s rental portfolio, which includes property management and leasing. Motley, who has been named senior managing director, owner-occupied and institutional portfolio, will focus on cooperatives for condos and will oversee portfolio management of residential buildings owned by medical and educational clients.
