Robbins Electra Nabs New Executive VP for South Atlantic States
With more than 20 years of experience under her belt, Grosse has received substantial recognition for her expertise throughout her career, including Manager of the Year, Best Overall NOI Growth and Achieved Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) IREM.
Multifamily owner-operator Robbins Electra has tapped Lisa Grosse as executive vice president for the South Atlantic states. In her new position, she will operate out of Atlanta and will report directly to Robbins Electra COO Kristi King. Grosse will be responsible for the performance, oversight and operation of multifamily assets in several states, directing all regional matters in her area of geographical responsibility.
Extensive Background
Grosse has more than 20 years of residential and commercial real estate background, having previously served in various leadership roles for RAM Partners, Monogram Residential Trust and Alliance Residential. Prior to joining Robbins Electra, she served as senior vice president for RADCO Residential in Atlanta. While at RADCO, she oversaw the company’s multifamily platform, coordinating and assisting in asset transactions totaling 17,593 units across 10 states. Additionally, Grosse directly supervised more than seven regional managers, creating tier structures for regional vice presidents and regional managers, besides managing nine successful dispositions.
Throughout her career, Grosse also received several acknowledgements for her experience, including Manager of the Year, Best Overall NOI Growth and Achieved Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) IREM.
