In her new position, Shirley will oversee Riverstone’s client services presence throughout Riverstone’s South Central region, ensuring that the company’s robust platform is calibrated to generate maximum financial performance, optimized operational efficiency, and premier customer service. She will also be responsible for identifying revenue-generating opportunities for clients, confirming that client goals are met, and incorporating client feedback into all aspects of Riverstone’s business delivery model.
Shirley has more than 25 years of experience in asset management, property management, and development, and has managed diversified investment portfolios of over 20,000 apartment homes. Although she has held executive-level multifamily positions across the United States, over 19 years of her professional experience were spent in Texas markets including Dallas and Houston, indicating a deep regional expertise. Prior to joining Riverstone, Shirley was the regional vice president for Alliance Communities, where she oversaw 4,500 stabilized and lease-up units as well as units under development, recruited management personnel, coordinated marketing campaigns, facilitated financial reporting and budgeting processes, directed due diligence efforts, and identified value creation opportunities for acquisitions. She has also served as regional vice president for the Gulf Coast at Pinnacle Properties LLC, and senior director of asset management at Greystar Investment Group, among other esteemed senior leadership positions in the multifamily industry.
