ResidentGifts LLC, developers of an automated, fully integrated points-based incentives platform, announcef the expansion of its Denver office and the addition of three new team members.
Chicago–ResidentGifts LLC, developers of an automated, fully integrated points-based incentives platform, announced the expansion of its Denver office and the addition of three new team members. Mickey Cummings, Diane Hillman and Bruce Salter joined the team in the areas of business development, finance and customer service, respectively.
Cummings, current president of Red Rocks Management LLC and former senior vice president for Equity Residential, will serve as vice president focused on business development. He will utilize more than 30 years of experience in multifamily property management and operations to help grow the number of communities engaging the ResidentGifts platform, increase current client engagements and drive growth into new vertical markets. Cummings will operate out of Scottsdale, Ariz. and will focus his sales efforts in the southwest states.
Hillman, named Controller of Resident Gifts, will leverage more than 10 years experience guiding the financial operations for start-up companies to establish, grow and maintain the company’s business practices. Beyond maintaining the Denver-based operations, she will further expand her role into accounting practices, budget controls and management of relationships with ResidentGifts merchant partners.
Bruce Salter, formerly of Equity Residential, will join the Denver office and direct account services. As vice president for Resident Gifts, he will lead the implementation and rollout processes of the ResidentGifts platform, conduct training sessions, help communities market the platform to residents as well as serve as client contact on all accounts. He will serve as liaison between the customer and the company’s IT department to ensure all technological aspects of the platform are operational and functioning at fullest capacity for the community and resident. Finally, Salter will manage any questions, issues or requests from communities, residents or merchants.
ResidentGifts utilizes a dollar-for-dollar, points-based rewards platform to incentivize positive behaviors. It is the only platform of its kind providing savings to a community or company while increasing perceived value to customers and enhancing the consumer experience.
