Related Companies Names Matthew Finkle President of Related Affordable

New York—Related Companies announced that Matthew Finkle has been named president of Related Affordable. Finkle joined Related in 2003 and during his tenure he has played a critical role in has the acquisition and preservation of over 9,000 units of affordable housing comprising nearly $900 million in total development costs.

Related Affordable has acquired and preserved tens-of-thousands of affordable housing and expanded its operations nationwide. Over the last decade, Related has been named one of the top three acquirers of affordable housing nationally.
